Chengdu Neusoft University (CNU), approved by the Ministry of Education of China, is a full-time general institution of higher education with distinctive characteristics. 1. 国籍要求: 申请者应为非中国籍公民，身心健康，愿意遵守中国的法律法规及成都东软学院规章制度。
Citizenship: Applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens, be in good physical and mental health, and be willing to abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules of Chengdu Neusoft University.
2. 年龄要求：学历教育项目申请者年龄为18周岁至22周岁；非学历教育项目申请者年龄为18周岁至25周岁（以2026年9月1日为准）。未满18周岁者，需提交在中国境内的监护人保证书。
Age: Applicants for undergraduate program shall be between 18 and 22 years old as of Sep. 1st 2026. Applicants for non-degree program shall be between 18 and 25 years old as of Sep. 1st 2026. Those under 18 must submit a guarantee letter from their guardian in China.
3. 学历要求：须具有高中学历或以上学历
Education: Applicants must hold a high school diploma or above.
4. 语言能力: 学历教育项目均为英文授课。申请者英语水平须达到雅思（IELTS）5分或托福（TOEFL iBT）60分以上，或提供其他同等水平的英语能力证明。母语为英语或上一学历使用英语授课者，经我校认定，可免除提供英语成绩。
Language proficiency: Undergraduate programs are all taught in English. Applicants must hold an IELTS 5+, TOEFL iBT 60+, or other equivalent English proficiency certificates. Native English speakers or those whose previous degree was taught in English may be exempted upon university approval.
5. 其他：符合中国教育部及成都东软学院规定的其他相关入学条件。
Others: Meet other relevant admission requirements stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China and Chengdu Neusoft University.

申请窗口：2026年4月1日-7月15日
Application starts from Apr. 1st 2026 to Jul. 15th 2026.
五、 申请材料Required Documents
1. 护照首页扫描件：清晰有效的个人普通护照首页（有效期至少至2027年6月）。
Copy of the biographical page of a valid passport (valid at least until Jun. 2027).
2. 最高学历证明：高中毕业证书或预毕业证明（原件扫描，非中/英文需附公证翻译件）。
Highest diploma: High school graduation certificate or certificate of impending graduation (scanned copy of original one, with notarized certificate if the documents is not in Chinese or English).
3. 学业成绩单：高中阶段全部课程成绩单（原件扫描，非中/英文需附公证翻译件）。
Academic transcripts: Complete high school transcripts (scanned copy of original one, with notarized certificate if the documents is not in Chinese or English).
4. 语言能力证明：有效期内HSK、雅思或托福等成绩单扫描件。
Language proficiency certificate: Scanned copy of valid HSK, IELTS, or TOEFL score report.
5. 经济能力证明：足以支付在华期间第一年学费和生活费的银行存款证明（建议等值4000美元以上）。
Financial certification: Bank statement proving sufficient funds to cover first-year tuition and living expenses in China (US$4,000 or equivalent recommended).
6. 无犯罪记录证明：由国籍国或居住地公安机关出具的无犯罪记录证明（非中/英文需附公证翻译件）。
Non-criminal record certificate: Issued by the public security authority of your home country or place of residence (scanned copy of original one, with notarized certificate if the documents is not in Chinese or English).
7. 其他：如有在华学习经历，需提供原学校出具的相关证明和联系方式。
Others: Relevant certificates and contact information from previous institutions that applicants attended in China if applicable.
六、 申请流程Application Procedure
1. 申请提交：通过邮件向成都东软学院国际教育学院提交申请表及申请材料。
Application Submission: Submit the application form and materials by emailing to admission@nsu.edu.cn.
2. 材料审核与面试：学校对申请材料进行审核。通过初审者，将收到面试邀请。
Document Review & Interview: The university will review the documents. Applicants who pass the initial review will be notified for an online interview.
3. 录取与通知：审核和面试通过后，学校将通过电子邮箱发送录取通知书、录取说明和签证申请表（JW202表）。
Admission & Notification: Successful applicants will receive the Admission Letter, Admission Notice and Visa Application Form(JW202) via email.
七、 费用Fees
1. 学历教育Undergraduate Program
学费及四人间住宿费：人民币22,000元/年
Tuition Fee and On-campus Accommodation Fee for 4-bed room: RMB 22,000元/year
保险费Insurance Fee：人民币800元/年
水电费Water and Electricity Fee: 根据实际使用情况收取Depends on actual usage
2. 非学历教育Non-degree Program
申请费Application Fee：人民币1,000元（不可退还non-refundable）
学费及四人间住宿费：人民币12,200元/年
Tuition Fee and On-campus Accommodation Fee for 4-bed room: RMB 12,200元/year
材料费Material Cost：人民币300元/年
保险费Insurance Fee：人民币800元/年
水电费Water and Electricity Fee: 根据实际使用情况收取Depends on actual usage
八、 奖学金Scholarships
优秀国际学生可申请成都东软学院校长奖学金，涵盖部分学费。具体申请条件和流程请咨询国际教育学院。
Outstanding international students can apply for the Chengdu Neusoft University Principal Scholarship for international students, which covers partial tuition fee. Please consult the School of International Education for specific application criteria and procedures.
九、 签证与报到Visa and Registration
1. 被录取者持普通护照、录取通知书、录取说明、签证申请表、体检报告等材料，向中国驻外使/领馆申请X1学习签证。
Admitted students must apply for an X1 student visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate with their ordinary passport, Admission Notice, JW202 form, and physical examination record.
2. 学生须按通知书上规定的时间到校报到注册。未按时报到且未请假者，取消入学资格。
Students must register on campus within the time specified in the Admission Notice. Failure to register on time without permission will result in cancellation of admission.
3. 学生在报到后须按时缴纳所有费用，如无法按时完成缴费，取消入学资格。
Students must pay all fees on time after enrollment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission.
4. 学校有权根据学生到校后的表现和配合程度、以及对其申请材料的复核，最终决定是否录取学生并办理居留许可。
The school reserves the right to make the final decision on admission and residence permit application based on student’s performance and cooperation after arrival, as well as the verification of their application documents.
